Before you hand over a key.
No. A lockbox, a concierge desk, or someone who can let the team in all work. We text when we arrive and when the door is locked.
Products, cloths, and a vacuum. Ask for fragrance-free, or tell us to use what is already under the sink. We bring products that actually clean.
Yes. Liability insurance covers residential and commercial visits. We will send the certificate to a property manager if the building asks.
Tell us the visitor spot, the loading bay, or if the team should budget for a Green P. If a lot has to be paid, we flag it before the visit, not after.
Exterior windows above the first floor, mold remediation, hoarding, and anything hazardous. Inside the oven, fridge, and interior glass are add-ons, not surprises on the invoice.
