Residential condo cleaning in Toronto fails in the lobby more often than in the kitchen. Fresh Start Cleaning can do the suite. What to send before the first clean
- Building name, unit number, and buzzer code if there is no desk.
- The name the concierge should expect, and whether a piece of ID is required.
- How we get in: you at home, a lockbox, a concierge key, or a code.
- Parking: a visitor stall number, underground instructions, or a note that we should use street parking and you will cover a Green P if needed.
- Pets, fragrance-free products, and any room to leave alone.
We text when we arrive and again when the door is locked. If the building needs a certificate of insurance for recurring vendors, ask and we will send it.
Downtown, midtown, and the towers farther out
Harbourfront, CityPlace, and Yonge and Eglinton suites are usually one floor. The clean itself is straightforward. The time risk is the garage and the desk. North York and Etobicoke towers are similar, with easier parking on some sites and stricter fob rules on others. Mississauga stacks around Square One often need a garage fob rather than a concierge conversation. Say which one you have.

Move-out cleans in a condo
An empty suite needs the oven, the fridge, and the inside of the cabinets. It may also need an elevator booking that only the resident can make. Put that on the calendar before you book the move-out clean. If we are waiting in the loading bay, that wait is not cleaning time you want to discover at the end.
Commercial suites in the same tower
Some buildings mix offices and homes. A commercial suite on the podium is booked as office cleaning, usually after close, with its own alarm instructions. Do not assume the residential concierge rules cover the office entrance. They often do not.
