Etobicoke and Scarborough
Kingsway, Mimico, Long Branch, and the bungalows and towers east of Victoria Park. Street parking is usually simpler than downtown.
Mississauga
Port Credit, Cooksville, Meadowvale, Streetsville, and the towers around Square One. Tell us if the garage needs a fob.
Brampton
Houses in Bramalea, Springdale, and the newer streets west of Highway 410. Good territory for recurring family homes.
Vaughan and Richmond Hill
Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, and Oak Ridges. Larger homes: the estimate asks for beds and baths so the time matches the square footage. Offices in the same corridors are booked the same way.
Markham, Oakville and the lake
Unionville, Cornell, and Old Oakville. Pickering and Ajax sit on the regular east run. Milton, Burlington, and Whitby by request.
